Mark is very well versed with the navigation of county regulations, permits, engineering requirements, inspections, and materials acquisition. As materials acquisition goes, he has multiple backup providers he can turn to should one provider not be able to meet the current needs. Mark instilled a level of trust with me such that I was comfortable to keep my plans to travel for my 50th anniversary, and be able to manage the project from far away. His professionalism was top notch every step of the way. He provided in person follow up after the completion of the project, which was also a very different experience for me with other contractors.
